Scientists working in the field of Mathematics and Chemistry, those ready to promote the Mathematical Chemistry as a new interdisciplinary science, to help to the integration of European Science (East and West) within a flexible frame of work and cooperation, to develop and spread the discoveries of the European Science and their implementation in technology, to organise conferences, workshops, round tables, in the field of Mathematics and Chemistry, courses and programs of scientific instruction, in the view of forming young high level scientists, to promote programs and projects of scientific research, or of technological development, to encourage and develop scientific software and other didactical matherials, and to facilitate the relationships among researchers in the mentioned fields, are welcome to join us.

This is the first registered Society of Mathematical Chemistry, the seeds of which have been spread by the bright magisters such as Alexandru T. Balaban, Milan Randić, Horst Sachs, Adalbert Kerber, Nenad Trinajstić and others.

The headquarters of the European Society of Mathematical Chemistry is in Cluj, Romania.
